At Charlton Street School, we concluded black history month on Monday, March 1, 2021, with a school-wide gallery walk. Students walked around the school and observed each bulletin board dedicated to black history. Students from each class participated in the vision and creation of each bulletin board. Then they had a rich discussion on what they learned, what they wondered, and which board was their favorite and why. Remote students were included in the process and teachers carried their Chromebook with them so that they could participate in the gallery walk. -------------- El Mes de la Historia Afroamericana se celebra del 1 de febrero al 1 de marzo.
